On October 31, 2011, I launched my social media strategy and training consulting business called Articulate MediaWorks. I chose the name Articulate MediaWorks because I passionately believe that strategic use of articulate media works! I targeted Chestnut Hill because it is full of small businesses that I love and frequent because that is where I live. I want to enable small business owners to use social media to form a real two-way connection to their customers through a carefully thought-out social media strategy customized to their needs and their daily realities.
